    MYKAVITA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
    MYKAVITA MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT
    (i) THE MYKAVITA SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS,
    (ii) THE MYKAVITA SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE,
    (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE MYKAVITA SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE,
    (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE MYKAVITA SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND
    (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
    ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE MYKAVITA SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.

    YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT MYKAVITA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF MYKAVITA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES).
15. General Representation and Warranty. You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with the MyKavita’s Content Policy and Privacy Policy, with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of the Website will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
